Amazing Grace took place within the One Chinese hour.

The Group of 3 enters after the Group of 6..."It is Complete".

The group of 6 decided the menu and settled down. While their chats and bantering just begin to liven up to its presence, a new group of 3 gentlemen enters.  
After a quick scan around, they parked themselves at a nearby table between the Eastern and South-eastern wall.  To those with Yijing Bagua Eyes, all these are tell tale signs of many things to come.

Briefly, the numerical of 6 came before 3 depicts a water over fire Hexagram called It is COMPLETE, based on LaoZi (Lao Tzu)'s early heaven sequence of Nature's Phenomena.

The appearance of  "water over fire" Cixiong (the most appropriately productive of the yinyang pairing) denotes procreation and growth.

At 8.15pm...it is almost a full house.

The anticipating hour is waiting for its chosen phenomena to fulfill the fengshui activation.

Its already 6.10pm....where is our Lady in Red?

 In the last episode, the Bagua Eyes said that the bulk of this restaurant's regular customers are frequent travelers and hard to stay. A new doorway to attract and hold its customers have to be installed.  An auspicious date and time was selected based on the Xuan Kong Da Gua fengshui and date selection system. In every minute there is a phenomena arises and passes. The holodynamics in Yijing through the Bagua Eyes pre-identified that a lady in red will appear at the true moment of the selected hour to commence the work..or confirm its activation.

The workers were showing signs of impatience and perhaps wondering what is all this waste of time. The Boss's face was stern but the eyes are anticipating for an amazing grace to uplift and free the whatsoever burden hidden within the heart.  Just then at 6.19pm, the much anticipated lady in red suddenly appear.. she asked, Wow, this is really messy here..you having renovation? Do you still serve dinner? There are 6 of us!  

The boss was too shocked in disbelief to say anything but usher her to the table while her five other friends came in a while later.

Should we renew the lease?...please give us "a Sign".

This external forms revealed that the restaurant attracts frequent travelers as its  regular customers.

This restaurant faces South 1, Bing direction, a period 7 set-up.  A casual conversation with the owner turned into a fengshui encounter of its own kind.

Boss:  The business was very good when we first started this restaurant sometime after 2002. After a few years, our business began to slow down, so much so that the idea of closing it down crosses our mind.....What do you think Alan? Should we continue and renew the lease?   Of course we would like to continue as food is our passion, moreover the efforts, time and money invested.  You know..it would be great if the Divine shows us a Sign or an omen......

Alan:   My estimation..your business started slowing down during the last quarter of 2005 and sharply declined from 2006 onwards?

Boss:  Yes, indeed.

Alan:  From Day One, the chefs are difficult to managed, they are constantly making demands on wages and additional welfare?  The  Authorities are also giving you pressures?

Boss:  True, but what should we do? is there any metaphysical advantage strategy from fengshui or astrology we can apply to improve our business and creating harmony with our workers?

Alan:  Since you only have a lease of 6 months left, I suggest we focus on improving the business first.  Relocating the kitchen from the Northwest is not so practical at this point given the pending time of approval from the authority. Let me think about it and get back to you OK?

Boss:  Agree.  Wish I can see some auspicious omen or sign....
